Born and raised in Baytown, Texas, Hollis Poole brings over 23 years of hands-on experience in the petrochemical and midstream industries. A Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) for 15 years, Hollis has built his career from the ground up — progressing through welding, inspection, quality control, and project oversight across downstream and storage operations, with deep expertise in civil, mechanical, underground pipe coatings, pipeline DOT maintenance and standards including smart pig runs, anomaly assessment, and recoats. His commitment to safety, quality, and getting the job done right is matched only by his dedication to his family. A proud husband, father, grandfather, and hot rod enthusiast, Hollis leads GCPC with the same grit and integrity that define everything he does.
